Stepping out to promote their upcoming film, the cast of "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" rang the opening bell at the NASDAQ MarketSite in NYC on Monday (September 20).

While Michael Douglas skipped out on the proceedings, co-star couple Shia LaBeouf and Carey Mulligan were all dressed up for the Big Apple press event.

Also on hand for the week's market opening were actor Josh Brolin and the movie's director, Oliver Stone.

Due out in theaters this Friday (September 24), "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" finds "a young Wall Street trader partner with disgraced former Wall Street corporate raider Gordon Gekko on a two-tiered mission: To alert the financial community to the coming doom, and to find out who was responsible for the death of the young trader's mentor."
