Vanessa Lachey: Preggers Pet Lover

Taking care of her dog-owning responsibilities, Vanessa Minnillo Lachey was spotted picking up her pooch pal from a pet spa in Los Angeles yesterday (June 18).

The television host looked very pregnant as she carried man’s best friend out the door and back to her car, sporting a tank top and tights.

Vanessa and her hunky hubby Nick Lachey are thrilled about their first child, and last month they took a babymoon in St. Lucia to get in one last vacation before they become parents.

Nick tweeted, "Just wrapped up an incredible babymoon at Jade Mountain. Awesome place, even better people! Here's our room view," along with a picture of the Caribbean Sea.

Once back from the trip, Vanessa tweeted, "Make sure to make time for each other before baby arrives! Take a babymoon. Remember how you got here in the first place!"
