This afternoon Miss Hudgens took to her blog to write, “I’m kind of lazy when it comes to my skin….BUT the Neutrogena Wave is fun and easy. You put on a cleansing pad, press the button, and it vibrates as you wash your face. (try talking while ya do it..it’s silly)! I love using it especially after all the traveling I’ve been doing… gotta keep it fresh ya know? Lol”
