The “Butterfly Effect” stud planted a kiss on Cryer after hitting on a woman who turns out to be a lesbian.

An official statement regarding the lawsuit's conclusion was released on Monday (September 26), as it read: “Warner Bros. Television, Chuck Lorre and Charlie Sheen have resolved their dispute to the parties’ mutual satisfaction."
