It’s going to be a sad day when “True Blood” is no more, and in the meantime we can’t wait for the final season to get underway.

HBO just released a new 30-second promotional trailer ahead of Season Seven, with a walk through the Bon Temps graveyard to see the tombstones of the show’s fallen characters.

At the end of the spot, a grave marked “True Blood 2008-2014” is all that remains. The seventh and final season is slated to premiere on Sunday, June 22nd at 9pm.

HBO president Michael Lombardo previously shared, "True Blood has been nothing short of a defining show for HBO. Alan Ball took the books by Charlaine Harris, assembled a brilliant cast led by the magnificent Anna Paquin in the role of Sookie Stackhouse, and crafted a show that has taken its many devoted fans on an unforgettable journey. Alan passed the baton to Brian Buckner, who led our fantastic writers and crew in crafting a spectacular sixth season, and he will lead us through the seventh and final season of this amazing show."

Starring alongside Anna are Stephen Moyer and Alexander Skarsgard. Check out the trailer below!
