He may be the hottest late night host on television these days, but Jimmy Fallon knows he’s standing on the shoulders of giants, one of which is the late Robin Williams.

During “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” last night (August 12), an emotional Fallon had some kind words about the late, great “Good Morning Vietnam” legend.

Jimmy referred to Williams as “the Muhammad Ali of comedy,” before playing Robin’s very first appearance on “The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.”

Furthermore, Fallon took a page from “Dead Poets Society” and stood on his desk to proclaim, “O Captain, my Captain… you will be missed.”
