Suing just about everyone involved, a lawsuit claiming the "Mission Impossible - Ghost Protocol" script was stolen includes Tom Cruise as one of the defendants.
Timothy Patrick McLanahan is suing the film's star, Brad Grey, Paramount Pictures, Skydance Pictures, and Cruise/Wagner Productions, among others, for copyright infringement.
According to the complaint, the Plaintiff says the script is based off his "Head On" script written in 1998.
