Teresa and Joe Giudice Plead Not Guilty to Fraud Charges
Putting on a united front in the face of some serious legal trouble, Teresa and Joe Giudice pleaded not-guilty to federal fraud charges in New Jersey on Wednesday (August 14).
The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star wore a conservative tan pantsuit while Juicy Joe sported a charcoal suit and navy and white patterned tie as they held hands on the way inside.
Inside the courtroom, Joe's lawyer told the judge, "They vehemently deny their guilt. There's an assumption of innocence and they vehemently assert their innocence."
Stakes are high especially for the "Skinny Italian" author's hubby because he could also be deported as an Italian citizen. The next court date for the pair is on October 3rd, with a trial set for October 8th.
