It was an extra-special moment at the SXSW Festival as Jay Z and Kanye West took over the stage at the Austin Music Hall last night (March 12).

The “Holy Grail” hitmaker and the “Love Lockdown” lyricist owned the night thanks to Samsung, who hired the duo to compete with iTunes’ Kendrick Lamar and Schoolboy Q gig down the street.

West previously scolded Apple for their stinginess towards artists, telling them, “stop trying to get performers to play your festival for free, you are rich as f*ck!”

Kanye brought that same level of intensity to his set with Jay, and the two emcees performed hits like “N****s in Paris,” “No Church in the Wild,” “Who Gon Stop Me,” “Otis” and “H.A.M.” together.
