Using the flick’s hype to support a great cause, J.J. Abrams shared a clip from the “Star Wars: VII” set over the weekend.

In the new video, the director unveils the X-Wing Starfighter used in the upcoming movie to get fans excited about his fundraising efforts with his production company Bad Robot, Disney and LucasFilm.

“Star Wars: Episode VII” Announces Two New Cast Members!

They’ve been working hard filming the much-anticipated “Star Wars Episode VII” project, and the team at LucasFilm just shared an exciting new announcement.

Slated for a December 18, 2015 release, the movie stars Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Andy Serkis, Lupita Nyong’o and Adam Driver… and now Pip Anderson and Crystal Clarke have been added to the mix.

Rian Johnson Slated to Direct “Star Wars: Episode VIII”

Harrison Ford’s “Star Wars” Injury: He Broke His Leg!

The “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom” hunk reportedly hurt himself while filming “Star Wars: Episode VII” last week and now he’ll be on the bench for eight weeks.

Harrison Ford Injured on "Star Wars: Episode VII" Set

It was a tough day at work for Harrison Ford. The actor was injured on the set of "Star Wars: Episode VII" on Thursday (June 12) and was taken to the hospital to treatment.

Disney released a statement to the press, which read the 71-year-old actor "sustained an ankle injury during filming today on the set of Star Wars: Episode VII. He was taken to a local hospital and is receiving care. Shooting will continue as planned while he recuperates."
