She will definitely be a sizzling mother in a few months and in the meantime, Stacy Keibler is enjoying her pregnancy by staying fit.
The newlywed is documenting her simple and healthy tips for expecting moms via Instagram, showing her followers everything from pilates moves to the best grub to enjoy when those pesky cravings take over.
On June 4, Stacy shared a photo from a pilates session and wrote, “Thank you to my fabulous trainer @bodybynonna for keeping me in shape through my pregnancy! #fitpregnancy #healthyliving #pilates."
Keibler also advised pregnant women to get plenty of stretching into their routine. "Stretching your obliques is key during pregnancy. I devote at least 15 minutes each day to stretching! #fitpregnancy #pregnancytip."
The 34 year-old, who married Jared Pobre in Mexico in March, told fans that she is adding ghee (clarified butter) to her meals. "Healthy fats help feed your baby's growing nervous system. Try drizzling #ghee over your popcorn or add a heaping to your cauliflower mash! #healthybaby #pregnancytips."
