Maintaining her spotless record as a pet owner, Sienna Miller was spotted walking her dog Bess in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City today (November 17).

The “Factory Girl” actress looked a bit chilly as she strolled down the street with her pooch pal, sporting a toasty jacket complete with a hood to keep her head warm.

Yesterday, Miss Miller was named as an Ambassador for the International Medical Corps following her trip to the Democratic Republic of Congo.

She told press, "After seeing International Medical Corps' courageous work up-close I was determined to become more involved, devoting my energies and my name to bring more attention to the challenges they face around the world."
