Sponsored by Disney, the star-studded event benefits the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, with celebs like Miley Cyrus, Heidi Klum and Lauren Conrad all in attendance.

Keeping herself in shape in between public appearances, Miss Grimes was spotted out in West Hollywood the previous day, hitting up the gym for her daily workout session.
