She's gearing up for the premiere of her highly anticipated film "Divergent" and during promotions, Shailene Woodley fronted the latest issue of The Hollywood Reporter.

The 22-year-old actress looked picture perfect in designer garbs from Elie Saab and Lanvin for the Mary Rozzi-shot spread while she discussed her decision to sign on to the action-packed flick and revealed how Jennifer Lawrence convinced her to take the role.

Highlights from Miss Woodley's interview are as follows. For more, be sure to visit The Hollywood Reporter!

On Jennifer:
"[She] said, "You must do it. You will not regret it for a second. Yes, there are some hard things, but there are so many beautiful things that will come from an opportunity like this."

On "Divergent":
"Having come off a TV show, I was kind of in the place where I was like, 'I'm never signing a contract for more than one movie,' because once you do sign a contract, legally, you're liable. [Even] if you don't find something creatively stimulating anymore, you're still got to do it legally."

On her love for the environment:
"I'm going to be a citizen for this planet, and I'm going to do my responsibility and live in stride with nature instead of constantly fighting with her."

On her views on sex scenes:
"When somebody's doing a sex scene and they're wearing a bra and underwear, that's not how it happens in real life. If I'm going to say yes to a movie where this is necessary, then I'm going to be bring truth to that situation."
