"Sex and the City" Prequel Picked Up by The CW
If you've had enough of those non-stop “Sex and the City” re-runs, you're in luck!
It is being reported that The CW picked up the show’s prequel series called “The Carrie Diaries.”
The material stems from Candace Bushnell’s most recent young adult novel and is based around Carrie during her senior year in a small New England town.
Word has it, “Gossip Girl” producers Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage are eyeballing the upcoming project, according to Deadline.
