Scarlett Johansson: Eager to Start a Family with Fiancée Romain Dauriac
After getting engaged to her French fiancée earlier this fall, Scarlett Johansson is eager to build a life with her man.
In a recent interview with the Daily Mail, the "Avengers" star spoke about her plans with Romain Dauriac, sharing, "I would like to have my own family, that would be nice. They say it's never the right time and I am sure that's true, but I think you have to plan it like anything else."
Indicating she is ready to settle down, the 29-year-old continues, "At some point it is something I look forward to. I am fortunate in that I have had a long career—20 years—that has been very diverse. So, you know, picking a time to plan a family feels like something that I could do and not feel as though I was missing out."
As for her man, Scarlett does admit there is a bit of a language barrier, explaining, "In a word, non! I studied Spanish for six years and it seems to be working against my French. Romain speaks good English, but, you know, we have no need for words!"
