Rima Fakih Pleads No Contest in DUI Case
She’s had quite a roller coaster ride since winning the Miss USA pageant in May of 2010, and hopefully Rima Fakih can put her DUI drama behind her.
The former Miss USA entered a plea deal, pleading no contest to a reduced misdemeanor charge in court proceedings today (April 11) near Detroit, Michigan.
As a result, Rima is expected to receive probation and avoid jail time when she attends her sentencing hearing in May.
Miss Fakih told press, “You have to pay the price for making mistakes, but you move on and make sure you learn from those mistakes.”
