Rihanna Talks "Battleship" Role in Behind-the-Scenes Video
As she readies for the release of her motion picture debut, Rihanna took part in a behind-the-scenes video for "Battleship".
In the film - which hits theaters this May - the Barbadian beauty plays the character of a Naval weapons officer.
Talking about the role, RiRi dished, “My character, her name is Raikes. She’s a weapons officer, she’s not afraid of anything. She loves weapons, she knows them – not only her weapons, but every other weapon on the ship.”
With the film also starring Alexander Skarsgard and Brooklyn Decker, a synopsis of the plotline via IMDB tells: “A fleet of ships is forced to do battle with an armada of unknown origins in order to discover and thwart their destructive goals.”
