Ricki Lake Ties the Knot
She wasn’t sure she’d ever wed again after getting divorced back in 2003, but Ricki Lake and her fiance Christian Evans secretly got hitched in Southern California on Easter Sunday (April 8).
The former talk show host and her handsome beau became husband and wife in a low-key affair that ended up being exactly what they wanted.
Ricki told press, “It was a beautiful moment I will never forget. I wasn’t anxious or nervous. I was really relaxed and excited.”
Lake also noted that falling in love with Evans wasn’t originally part of the plan. “I didn’t think it would happen at this point in my life. We just clicked. I just feels like he was the right one all along.”
