Enjoying a leisurely week-ending outing, Reese Witherspoon was spotted shopping the day away in the Los Angeles area on Friday afternoon (March 12).

Sporting a Texas Longhorns ballcap, the "Legally Blonde" babe teamed up with a gal pal to browse for new home furnishings at the Rooms & Gardens store in Santa Monica.

After checking out the shop's offerings, Reese and her companion then indulged in a tasty treat from DiDio's Italian Ices as they picked up Gelato refreshers.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Witherspoon was busy earlier this week making a trip to Washington D.C. for the Vital Voices 2010 Global Leadership Awards.
