Reese Witherspoon: Brentwood Beauty

Enjoying a relaxing afternoon, Reese Witherspoon was spotted having lunch with a friend in Brentwood on Thursday afternoon (January 8).

Fresh off of a big night at the People's Choice Awards the previous evening, the "Legally Blonde" beauty and her gal pal then went shopping at the Polly store in the Brentwood Country Mart.

As for her People's Choice night, Reese was the winner of the Best Female Actress award for her work in the comedy "Four Christmases."

Talking to Thea Andrews at the show, Witherspoon said, “As a movie actor you don’t get to see your audiences as much as, say, the musicians, who get to have concerts and they get to have the audience right in front of them. So to come here tonight and see all the fans and know that everybody voted for you, it’s a real opportunity to say thank you to everybody and I know it’s not the easiest time right now in people’s lives, so I want to thank them for supporting ‘Four Christmases,’ and myself.”
