Joining the fight against AIDS in Brazil, some famous faces headed to amfAR's Inpiration Gala Sao Paulo on Friday (April 4).

Happy to lend a hand, Sharon Stone took the stage in a gorgeous black gown with a plunging neckline, while Naomi Campbell spoke to the audience in a white, sleeveless dress, fringed at the skirt.

Working the red carpet like the pros they are, Candice Swanepoel donned a strapless neon yellow gown as event co-chair Kate Moss chose a flowing red semi-sheer gown with a gold clutch.

Encouraging her followers to join her, Sharon tweeted, "More than 600,000 people in Brazil have #HIV. Let’s reduce the impact of #AIDS. Support @amfAR research. #amfARSaoPaulo."
