Philip Seymour Hoffman’s Autopsy: Inconclusive
While it has been widely assumed that he died of a heroin overdose, Philip Seymour Hoffman's autopsy report hasn’t yielded any answers.
According to the New York City medical examiner’s office, the results of the tests thus far have been ‘inconclusive’ and therefore further more tests have been ordered.
Hoffman (45) was found on the bathroom floor of his New York City apartment on Sunday (February 2) with a syringe in his arm and bags of heroin strewn about his abode.
Earlier today, the GossipCenter reported that three men and one woman have been arrested in relation to the case as they’re suspected of selling drugs to the late “Capote” actor.
