Though there was talk of employing holograms to help fill in the gaps after Philip Seymour Hoffman passed away, it turns out the “Hunger Game: Mockingjay Part 1” final cut only contains actual shots of the late actor.

According to director Francis Lawrence, every time Plutarch Heavensbee appears onscreen it’s really him. “We’re not creating anything digital. We’re only using real footage. Phil shows us who Plutarch really is.”

Not wanting his children to grow up with too many privileges, Philip Seymour Hoffman reportedly left his fortune to longtime partner Mimi O’Donnell.
The Oscar winner died of an accidental overdose in February and according to court documents, left his $35 million dollar earnings with Mimi, who is also the mother of their children.

Hoffman’s accountant David Friedman made the revelation attorney James Cahill Jr. who was appointed by the court to represent the actor’s three kids: Cooper, Tallulah and Willa.
