Penelope Cruz Scores Saks Fifth Avenue “Key to the Cure” Campaign
She’s an internationally-loved superstar, so it’s no wonder Saks Fifth Avenue tapped Penelope Cruz to be the face of their 2012 Key to the Cure initiative.
The “Vanilla Sky” actress will model Saks’ limited edition Carolina Herrera t-shirt ($35) in a new public service announcement to raise awareness and money for EIF’s Women’s Cancer Research Fund.
Additionally, Penelope will host a meet and greet event at the New York City location of Saks Fifth Avenue as part of the Key to the Cure shopping weekend festivities from October 18th through the 21st.
Ms. Cruz explained, “Cancer has affected each and every one of us in one way or another and I am thrilled to be involved with this wonderful cause.”
