Paz de la Huerta's Day In Court Pushed Back
Ready to finalize her punishment, Paz de la Huerta was spotted upon arrival to the Manhattan Criminal Courthouse in New York City earlier today (July 14).
The "Boardwalk Empire" actress was all set to plead guilty in relation to a March scuffle with reality TV personality Samantha Swetra in the Big Apple's Meatpacking District, however the judge rejected the deal...for now.
Hoping to gain greater understanding of the alcohol counseling that's part of the agreement, the Court pushed back the hearing until July 28.
Under the terms of the current deal, Paz must serve a day of community service, attend a day program at the Manhattan-based Center for Motivation and Change, and agree to abide by a full order of protection.
