Paul Walker's Brothers to Stand In for Late Actor in "Fast & Furious 7" Scenes
Making for a family-filled tribute, Paul Walker's brothers, Caleb and Cody, will stand in for their late brother in small scenes to complete "Fast & Furious 7."
A statement was released on Tuesday (April 15) via the film's Facebook page, which read, "We have resumed shooting and now welcome Paul’s brothers, Caleb and Cody, into our FAST family. Caleb and Cody are helping us complete some remaining action for their brother and fill in small gaps left in production. Having them on set has made us all feel that Paul is with us too."
"We are just under a year away from the release of FAST & FURIOUS 7, and this film is the most important we’ve ever done together. It will allow the character of Brian O’Conner to live on and let us celebrate Paul in his most defining role."
According to The Wrap, computer graphics will be used to alter any differences between the brothers’ bodies and Walker’s.
This isn't the first time that Paul's family has stepped in to continue his legacy. After his tragic passing, Cody moved from Oregon back to southern California to take over the role as Brand Manager for his older brother's charity, Reach Out Worldwide.
