Following a fabulous first season of “The X Factor,” it seems there will have to be some serious personnel restructuring.

According to a report, Paula Abdul will not be returning for Season 2, though the show’s reps haven’t confirmed the departure.

Treating herself to a well-deserved vacation after wrapping up the first season of "The X-Factor" in the States, Nicole Scherzinger started off 2012 with a fun-filled trip to Mexico.

Having returned back home this past week, the 33-year-old wrote upon the conclusion of her south of the border getaway, "Just had the most amazing time of my life in Mexico at @IMANTARESORT!!! Cant wait 2 come back! Pictures 2 follow. Mexico & Imanta u rock !!!"
