Looking lovely at a Cannes Film Festival party, Nicky Hilton and her sister Paris Hilton were spotted glamming it up at the Albion Hotel in France this evening (May 21).

The brunette beauty walked hand-in-hand with her new British beau dressed in a sexy black skirt along with strappy heels while the nightlife queen hung out with a friend sporting a flowing white and pink gown.

In other news, the 31-year-old starlet was recently spotted at a house party until 7 a.m. with former party-girl Lindsay Lohan.

Paris was spotted leaving the party early in the morning with friend Brandon David, while her 25-year-old bad girl pal left hiding under a towel in the backseat of a friend’s car.
