The "Office" actress-writer-producer chatted with the talk show queen's mag about a plethora of topics such as beauty, style and kitten-filled make-up techniques.

With much speculation as to his successor, Mindy Kaling has voiced her desire to see Rainn Wilson fill in for Steve Carell as the head of "The Office".

The Kelly Kapoor cutie, who happens to be a co-executive producer on the show, told EW, "Dwight has become so nuanced — you actually care about him now. I think if [we did a good job laying the groundwork] this coming season, he would be a fantastic boss."
