The “Butterfly Effect” stud was caught looking through his “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” babe’s mobile phone while she was getting a massage, and he looked to be trying to keep it a secret.

Using their celebrity for a great cause, Mila Kunis and James Franco showed up at the Vhernier Charity Event in Rome, Italy last night (December 2).

The “That 70s Show” hottie looked gorgeous as she promoted the Artists for Peace and Justice shindig, sporting a black patterned jacket and dark trousers as she posed for the paparazzi and chatted with event organizers.

Continuing to enjoy their Roman holiday, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher had a romantic dinner at Checchino in Trastevere quarter, Rome on Friday (November 23).

The "Black Swan" star wore a gray plaid shirt, black leather jacket, dark jeans, a black and white scarf, and a black cloche hat while her "That '70s Show" costar looked handsome in a blue sweater, dark peacoat, gray trousers, and a gray newsboy's cap.
