Michael Jackson's Family Loses AEG Lawsuit
In an attempt to hold someone accountable for Michael Jackson's death, the Jackson family just lost their case against promoter AEG Live.
Katherine and the King of Pop's children sued the company for negligently hiring and supervising Dr. Conrad Murray, who is currently in jail for his role in Michael's death.
Earlier today the jury came back with the results, finding that the company did hire Murray (not Michael himself), but that at the time of his hiring, he was not unfit or incompetent to treat the legendary star.
In the complaint, the family alleged that AEG's actions were negligent in hiring the doctor that treated him during the "This is It" tour.
