The Pussycat Dolls are searching for a new member.

New TV network CW are launching 'The Search for the Next Pussycat Doll', which will pit pop wannabes against each other for the chance to become the seventh member of the chart-topping girl group.

CW president of entertainment Dawn Ostroff said: "At its core, this show goes beyond just finding a new Pussycat Doll. It's about female empowerment, self-discovery and personal transformation."
