Lending their star power to an important cause, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green helped launch the Avon Foundation’s #SeeTheSigns campaign this morning (November 25) in New York City.

Donning a long sleeved black dress, the “This is 40” actress and her hubby held up signs reading “Caution: Domestic Violence is More than Just a Black Eye” and “#SeeTheSigns” during the event.

Part of the effort by the Avon Foundation for Women , the campaign aims to increase the awareness of domestic violence and help women recognize the signs of an abusive relationship.

Of her participation, Megan told reporters, "The lack of conversation about domestic violence keeps the epidemic hidden. With #SeeTheSigns, the Avon Foundation hopes to create a global movement to encourage and motivate people to share and educate others about the signs of abuse so we can break this epidemic of violence."
