She's currently on a break from "The Originals," but that isn't stopping Clair Holt from covering the March 2014 issue of Glamoholic magazine.

The 25-year-old Australian actress donned designed duds from Gemy Malouf and Ines Di Santo for the publication's spread while dishing about her exciting career and revealing details about her new show.

Highlights from Miss Holt's interview are as follows. For more, be sure to visit Glamoholic!

On acting:
"I would love to continue to challenge myself by trying different things. Action, Drama, Comedy, I would be grateful to do any and all of it if someone is kind enough to hire me! I have such a wonder time on 'The Originals' though, because I get to play Rebekah in so many different periods. I'm a little spoiled."

On 'The Originals':
"I think that the great thing about this show and the writing is that although it is a supernatural setting, the emotions and problems that the characters experiences are real and human. Because of that, it is easier to draw on my own experiences. [Rebekah] ultimately wants to be a normal girl who is loved and has a family."

On her auditions woes
"When I first came to America, I did so many auditions. You have to develop a thick skin and move on to the next thing that second you walk out of the room. Otherwise you get too attached to the outcome and become so disappointed if you don't get the role. I learned to just try my best and let it go after that."
