Adding a little flare to her mobile phone, Miley Cyrus paid a visit to Polacheck's Jewelers in Calabasas, CA on Thursday afternoon (April 19).

Clad in a loose cape over her sleeveless blouse with high waisted denim shorts, the 19-year-old starlet - who's recovering from a recent blender injury which sent her to the E.R. - was all smiles as she and a gal pal headed into the Calabasas Commons shop.
