They continue to raise questions as to the state of their relationship, and yesterday (July 12) Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving Samantha Ronson’s home in Los Angeles.

The “I Know Who Killed Me” actress looked a bit annoyed with the paparazzi as she strolled out of the residence, sporting a black minidress along with a pair of unusual calf-length black boot/sandals.

In related news, it seems LiLo has taken steps to ensure that she can finally get some work in the movie industry, founding her own production company.

According to a report, Lindsay and her 6126 partner Kristi Kaylor recently started Unforgettable Productions and are focusing on developing new projects including 2 new television shows called “Faux Real” and “That’s What Friends are For.”
