Lindsay Lohan Steps Out as Dad Dodges Charges

Making her way out of girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s house, Lindsay Lohan was spotted heading out in Hollywood on Wednesday (June 10).

The "Georgia Rule" starlet passed by awaiting paparazzi, hopping in the car and making her way over to High Profile Productions studio.

Meanwhile, Lindsay's dad seems to have lucked out at the hands of the legal system- as a Long Island judge has decided to set aside a misdemeanor charge of aggravated harassment against Michael Lohan as long as he keeps out of trouble for the next year.

"If he does do something, our office has the option of petitioning the court to place the case back on the calendar," a district attorney spokesperson told E! News. "It's like being on parole...You have to be good, otherwise you're going to get it back."

And though he seems to have enough trouble keeping his own life in order, papa Lohan has recently advised Lindsay to seek treatment.

Michael tells, "She's out there drinking and partying and she should not be doing that. People see her drinking. She should stay away from it. With the drugs, I think she's in a much better place than she used to be. But I have a problem with her being even on prescription medication. Dr. Drew has what it takes to help anyone that has any kind of problem. It doesn't have to be drugs, it doesn't have to be alcohol, it can be any kind of emotional or psychological problem."
