Lindsay Lohan Goes to Court, Denied Bail!
Facing the harsh consequences of her actions, Lindsay Lohan turned up at the courthouse in Santa Monica on Friday morning (September 24) as scheduled.
Showing up a bit early for her 8:30AM showdown with Judge Elden Fox, the "Mean Girls" star was flanked by lawyers and mother Dina Lohan as police officers escorted her past the gathered press and fans en route to a seat at the defendant's table.
Also turning up was Lindsay's father, Michael Lohan, who made his appearance despite being warned by ex wife Dina that she'd have him arrested if he showed up at the courthouse.
Back to the main issue, Miss Lohan was in court as a result of failing two drugs tests (cocaine and adderall) during probation - which has led the judge to issue a violation order.
Facing up to thirty days in jail, LiLo's lawyers were not able to offer arguments as the judge denied bail and had her cuffed while setting a hearing date for October 22.
While the story is still developing, it appears as if Lindsay will be locked up until that time - after which she'll most likely be released with time served. More details to come...
