She’s no stranger to legal woes, but Lindsay Lohan has decided to resolve one of her many lawsuits with the shutterbug who is suing her for running over his foot.

According to a report, the “Mean Girls” actress has reached an out-of-court settlement with Grigor Balyan, the man outside a Los Angeles nightclub who was injured when LiLo’s assistant drove over his foot, causing orthopedic and neurological difficulties.

It has been a hectic week for Lindsay Lohan, whose lawyer made a last-minute switch on her rehab facility selection that landed the actress in hot water with the court.

Now, the “Mean Girls” gal has re-hired her old attorney Shawn Holley, who has negotiated a deal to get Lohan into the prosecutor-approved Betty Ford Center.

She’s always done things her own way, but Lindsay Lohan almost landed in hot water after making a change to her rehab plan at the last minute.

The “Mean Girls” actress originally was slated to check into Westhampton Beach, New York’s Seafield Center for her 90-day stay, but decided to go with Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, California.
