Liam Neeson: Revelations Surrounding Wife Natasha Richardson's Death
Revealing some unmentioned details surrounding the death of his wife, Liam Neeson appeared on "Watch What Happens Live," telling host, Andy Cohen more about the accident in 2009 on Thursday (February 27).
Having already discussed the passing of his late wife, Natasha Richardson with Anderson Cooper in a CBS interview, the "Taken" star was grilled a bit more by Cohen, who asked, "Was that hard for you to do?"
A bit reserved, the 61-year-old said, "It was and it wasn't. It was time to talk about it. And there were some other things I said that got edited out, that I wish had been kept in."
Continuing, Liam said, "The ski resort where Natasha met her death...We got hundreds, maybe a couple thousand, sympathy cards, emails, and stuff from all over the world, especially America -- not one from that ski resort. I kid you not. Not one."
In his interview with Cooper, Liam stated, "I went in to her and I told her I loved her, said 'Sweetie, you're not coming back from this, you've banged your head.' She and I had made a pact, if any of us got into a vegetative state that we'd pull the plug."
