FBI Addresses Nude Photo Hacking Involved Kate Upton & Jennifer Lawrence
The Labor Day holiday weekend was definitely anything but relaxing for stars like Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and Victoria Justice as a huge vault of hacked nude photos made their way onto the internet.
And now the Federal Bureau of Investigation has released a statement regarding the incident, noting that there’s a full-blown mission to find whoever caused the leak.
An FBI spokesperson declared, “The FBI is aware of the allegations concerning computer intrusions and the unlawful release of material involving high profile individuals, and is addressing the matter. Any further comment would be inappropriate at this time.”
After approximately 60 nude and semi-nude selfies of Jennifer Lawrence showed up on the web, her lawyer told press, “This is a flagrant violation of privacy. The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence.”
