They both have big projects to plug and last night (March 11) Jason Bateman and Miles Teller showed up to the Ed Sullivan Theatre for “The Late Show with David Letterman.”

Mr. Teller was in the house to promote “Divergent,” though he also recently appeared in “That Awkward Moment” with Zac Efron and Michael B. Jordan.

Meanwhile, Jason was dapper in a dark suit as he waved to his fans and headed inside to talk about his directorial debut “Bad Words.”

Previously, Bateman told “Today” he enjoyed helming and starring in the flick. "He is a gentleman that has had his feelings hurt. He’s not as smart as you or me or our viewing public here. He's not well-equipped to ... lick his wounds. So he's doing something kind of petulant and impulsive here, and he is crashing a spelling bee to kind of extract some revenge."
