Lady Gaga Facing $75,000 Indonesian Lawsuit
She always does her best to give her fans what they want, but when Lady Gaga was forced to cancel her June 3rd, 2012 gig in Jakarta, Indonesia, it was no small thing.
And now the concert’s promoters are seeking damages in the amount of $75,000 after Gaga’s insurance company Lloyds of London failed to make restitution.
The “Born This Way” songstress axed the show when fundamentalist Islamic protesters threatened to intercept her arrival into Indonesia.
And according to the plaintiffs, the insurance company is denying coverage "based on language and purported conditions that are not contained in The Terrorism Policies."
