Kourtney Kardashian's Bumpin' Father's Day Preparation

Although the 33-year-old star was enjoying a relaxing afternoon retail session today, there are still legal battles brewing for her and her sisters pertaining to their promotional duties for the diet pill, "Quick Trim."

As previously reported by GossipCenter, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" trio along with QuickTrim and a number of drug store chains are being sued for allegedly making false claims about the product's efficiency.

The lawsuit specifically points out that Kim, Kourtney and Khloe made "numerous unsubstantiated, false and misleading claims" about the product's effectiveness, but now the girls have filed a response back to the claim and they say they aren't responsible.

According to a report put out by TMZ, the trio are claiming that they are only the faces behind the product and are not liable for the lies that the company says about the diet pills. They also point out that at this time there are no laws holding spokespeople accountable for false advertising and believe they should be dropped from the lawsuit.
