Kelly Ripa Unveils Wax Double at Madame Tussauds
Showing up for a very special event, Kelly Ripa made her way over to the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in New York City on Tuesday afternoon (April 5).
Joined by husband Mark Consuelos, the “Live! With Regis and Kelly” host unveiled her spot-on wax figure which was created along with a version of soon to be retiring talk show host, Regis Philbin.
Aside from her wax unveiling event, Miss Ripa and her man are currently producing a sports documentary about a female basketball player.
No stranger to playing producer, her last sports documentary was nominated for an Emmy, but did not win.
Ripa jokingly explained, "Of course we didn't win, because we don't win Emmys. That's not something we do. But anyway ... I mean, anybody can win, but not everybody can lose in every category."
