Katy Perry's Manila Purr Meet and Greet

Taking advantage of a day off from performing to plug her latest scent, Katy Perry hosted a meet and greet for her perfume Purr in Manila, Philippines on Saturday (January 21).

The newly-single "Firework" singer donned a short blue coif as she welcomed the gathered crowd by saying, "Hello, Manilla! I thought you guys would have something better to do on a Saturday."

Miss Perry continued, "It's so nice to see you, thank you so much for coming out! Well, it's really exciting to be here. I'm really excited to be launching Purr and I'm very excited to play a show here tomorrow for a second time."

From there, Katy proceeded to dote spectators with purple cupcake snacks as she signed autographs and shook hands - with one fan gifting her back with a book about her Chinese sign, the rat.
