Katie Holmes & Tom Cruise Discuss Divorce Settlement
Continuing on with their daily routines, Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise were spotted shopping at a Whole Foods Market in New York City on Sunday afternoon (July 8).
The mommy-daughter duo tried to keep a low profile as the six-year-old curled up in the “Dawson’s Creek” stars arms while they exited the store.
The newest news in the “TomKat” divorce comes after the 33-year-old spent several hours with her attorneys on Saturday afternoon (July 7).
According to reports, her lawyers and those for the “Top Gun” actor have been talking for a few days about a settlement that would avoid a public trial.
A source told People that, “Neither one of them wants this to be hashed out in public.”
TMZ reported that a source revealed the lawyers are negotiating child custody, visitation, child support and a property settlement and if all goes well, a settlement could be reached in New York City.
