Kate Middleton Easily Bounces Back after Baby
Giving women around the world post-pregnancy hope, Kate Middleton proved that it's possible to easily lose all the baby weight.
A source told US Weekly that the mother of Prince George of Cambridge has "hardly done anything to lose the weight . . . she looks incredible. A few weeks after George was born, you could hardly tell she had just given birth."
The source did let us in on a few of Kate's secrets, adding, "Kate's still breastfeeding and the small weight she gained while pregnant has just melted off. She's not dieting. After giving birth, she did continue with her yoga."
Miss Middleton did stay active during her pregnancy too, taking walks with her pups and practicing yoga with a private instructor.
