When it comes to deciding on the sexiest female in the entire world, the folks over at E! Entertainment seem to think they’ve got a pretty good handle on it. And this time around they’ve selected Karolina Kurkova.

According to FOX News, the recently released list includes ladies from all over the world. E! released a statement, saying, “Far from being a US-centric list, you’ll find a face and body from six continents.”

And Leonardo DiCaprio must be smiling from ear to ear, as his current girlfriend Bar Refaeli came in second, while his ex-girlfriend Gisele Bundchen nabbed the number four spot.
